Family-owned Mexican food truck — find Pico De Gallo at The Edge of Liberty Craft Fair in Valparaiso, IN (Northwest Indiana).

We are a small family-owned Mexican food business. You can find us serving from either our food truck or our taco cart at 1509 E. Lincolnway or at ACE Hardware, both here in Valpo. We also attend local markets and community events throughout the area! We’re proud to serve authentic, homemade Mexican and look forward to seeing you!

Our menu features a variety of Mexican favorites including tacos, chicken flautas, taco bowls, pork tamales, chicken tamales, refreshing aguas frescas such as watermelon & cucumber. We also offer Mexican jarritos and coca-cola to compliment your meal.
