About the author...

Roger Carlson holds a bachelor’s degree in Education (Math and Chemistry) and an MBA (Operations Management focus), both from Indiana University. In addition, he has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. During his career, Roger has worked as a math teacher, Operations Management adjunct instructor and a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer. His most rewarding work is as a children's book author. Roger started a publishing company (Mariana Publishing LLC) named after his daughter, Mariana. Roger hopes to use what he has learned through this process to help other people publish their own books. Roger's proudest achievement is being the single dad of an amazing girl.
