Our June 4 Craft fair was warm and breezy and quite beautiful despite the strange haze in the skies carried down the Great Lakes from the Canadian wild fires. Traffic was still rather light but we definitely got a few on-a-whim visits from our new sign out on the Indiana 49 bypass increasing visitor count over the last fair by about 20%.

We're building up quite a lot of intra-vendor camaraderie and it was great to see them giving each other business tips and suggestions for improving their presentation and marketing. Since a major goal with our low-fee fairs is to give a hand-up to new entrepreneurs, it's wonderful to watch them grow and evolve with each event. It's a learning experience for us as well and it's nice to see the impact of small changes and to get solid feedback. Growing and learning and building a local economy where we can create happiness for our community together.
